We provide virtual career development services including CV writing, interview coaching, and strategy sessions. All services are delivered digitally via email or video conferencing platforms.
2. Booking & Delivery
After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and onboarding instructions within 24–48 hours. Services are scheduled based on availability and mutual agreement. You are responsible for booking your session(s) or submitting materials in a timely manner.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the session without refund. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Confidentiality
All client information, documents, and recordings are treated as confidential and will never be shared without your consent.
5. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee job placement, interview outcomes, or specific salary offers. Our services are designed to enhance your positioning, but success depends on various external factors.

Delivery of Services
All services are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved.
• CV Rewrite: Delivered within 5–7 working days of receiving all required materials
• Coaching Calls: Scheduled based on mutual availability
• PDFs/Guides: Sent via email within 24–48 hours of booking
Payment
We accept payments securely.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Prices are in GBP (£)
• We do not offer instalment plans unless stated otherwise
Invoices are available upon request.
Refund & Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed work, missed sessions, or no-shows.
Refund Exceptions
• If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and no work has begun, a full refund may be issued
• If we are unable to fulfil your service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be refunded or offered a reschedule
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the final product, we offer 1 complimentary revision for CV writing services within 5 days of delivery.
